本課程除了讓學生瞭解環境影響評估之精神及其意義外，並分類解說環境影響評估報告書中各章節撰寫之要領和重點，使學生在從事環境影響說明書或環境影響評估報告書之撰寫、審查和追蹤監督作業上能夠更為得心應手。
